Workers in financial services careers make strategic decisions to obtain, save, protect, and grow the financial assets of individuals and businesses. These careers require skills in organization, time management, customer service and communication as well as strong computation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

There are five career pathways in the Financial Services Cluster:
